Our Classes

We are proud to offer both morning and evening group exercise classes to help you on your fitness journeys, from those early newborn days, to your return to work and beyond.

Postnatal Exercise Classes
(Child Friendly) 

Our child friendly postnatal exercise classes are designed specifically for mums with your postnatal recovery at the forefront.

 

Every session focuses on functional movements that will help you feel stronger in everyday mum-life. From lifting, carrying and pushing, to improving core stability and posture.  

 

We use a mixture of equipment to increase resistance and intensity, such as resistance bands, Pilates balls and dumbbells.


​No pressure, no judgement. Just a welcoming community of mums growing stronger together. 

Women's Functional Fitness & Circuits
(PM Classes) 

A supportive women's only class, designed to help you feel stronger, fitter and more confident.

Each session is different and blends strength training, mild cardio, stability and mobility in an empowering, and fun, atmosphere alongside other likeminded women.  

Classes are tailored to suit all abilities and deliver a balanced, effective workout. ​Dumbbells, kettlebells and more.

If you want to learn the foundations of strength training, this is a great class for you!  

1-1 or Small Group Personal Training

Our 1:1 and small group personal training sessions are designed exclusively for pregnant and postnatal women who would like a more personalised approach to training.

 

Whether you are preparing your body for birth, or rebuilding strength after pregnancy, each session is carefully tailored to your needs and goals. ​

 

Available in person, from the comfort of your own home or online. Flexible, supportive coaching that meets you where you are, both physically and literally.

 

​In person PT sessions will include the use of our equipment which we will bring to you!
