The workouts are amazing and carefully tailored to new mum needs. You'll feel the burn in all the best ways. Ashleigh makes you feel so welcome and strong. She'll make you laugh and always come out of class with a little more spring in your step than you came in with. Babies have so many options to keep them occupied and there's no pressure if little ones are fussing.
