At Strength In Mumbers we focus on encouraging strength, wellbeing and fitness, whatever stage of the motherhood journey you may be at.

 

Primarily providing body weight and resistance based workouts for post natal recovery, we strive to make your experience with us engaging, enjoyable and rewarding. Plus you can bring the kids, meaning you can exercise without worrying about childcare.

Our instructors have over five years of combined experience, and qualifications include:

  • Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Exercise Instructors

  • Level 2 Exercise to Music

  • Level 2 Gym Instructing

  • Advanced Post Natal Wellness Practitioner

Classes are now available in Andover, Amesbury, Longstock, and Basingstoke.  

 

We also provide specialist workshops to help you reconnect with your body.

 

All our instructors hold up to date First Aid Certificates and are fully insured, so you know you're in safe hands.
