Online classes are live!

Please read the following info regarding our trial online classes.

The trial consists of 4 preloaded workouts.


Workouts 1 and 2 do not include a warm up in the workout video, these have been filmed separately. Please make sure that you do some form of warm up.


Workouts 3 and 4 have a small warm up before the workout, this is included in the whole video. We would like your feedback as to which option you prefer.

We will also stream a live workout on Wednesdays at 10am which you can take part with us or catch up at a later time. This will only be available via the platform.

The platform works as a subscription service. The trial is £10 for 4 weeks. We recommend that once you have signed up, cancel your subscription within the platform to stop yourself from being billed again in a months' time.

Please take each workout at your own pace and work to your own ability. Beginner and advanced options are explained on any exercise which would need an adaptation. Some exercises have alternatives for those who struggle with lunges and putting pressure through their hands when on all fours.


By signing up for this trial, you are confirming that you are at least 6-8 weeks postnatal and have no underlying medical conditions which would require your GP’s approval.


This is including, but not limited to;
- A heart condition
- Experiencing chest pain when completing physical activity
- Loss of balance/dizziness
- A bone or joint problem which could be made worse by a change in your physical activity
- Taking medication for blood pressure or a heart condition

If you have any of the above issues and would still like to take part in an online course, please seek advice from your GP and email us with details of your condition.

Once you have received approval from us, you can go ahead and sign up.

If you have no pre-existing medical conditions that we need to be aware of, please continue as normal.

You can do these classes wherever you are! Before the kids wake up, after they’ve gone to bed, when baby is having a nap or pop them in front of you on a baby gym or in a bouncer, let them watch! If you’ve got older kids, get them involved too!
